Sunday, April 12 – Arrival and check-in
Arrival at the hotel and check-in. We will take a walk to the panoramic point of Punta Parco Corona, an ideal place to get acquainted with the area and enjoy the first spectacular views of the sea and surrounding coastline. The path is on asphalt, perfect for starting the holiday with a relaxing and refreshing walk. Here we will have the opportunity to take panoramic photos, admire the surrounding nature, and breathe in the unique atmosphere of the area, preparing for the excursions of the following days.

Monday, April 13 – Monte Molare
Departure by bus at 8:30 AM for Monte Faito. We will reach Monte San Michele (1444 m), also known as Monte Molare for its tooth-like shape, the most striking peak of the Amalfi Coast and the highest of the Lattari Mountains. From here, you can see the entire Gulf of Naples, Vesuvius, and the whole Sorrento Peninsula, passing by the Sanctuary of San Michele. The last 400 meters are on a slightly more challenging trail; those who prefer can stay behind and enjoy the view. We will complete a loop to the Croce della Conocchia and the fragrant beech forest, which until the 1900s kept the snow pits cool.
Distance: 6.8 km | Elevation gain: 380 m
Tuesday, April 14 – Capri and the Fortini Trail
We will take a bus to Amalfi harbor to board the boat and explore the beautiful island of Capri. Here we will hike the Fortini Trail, one of the island’s most fascinating and authentic paths. The trail winds along the western coast, between the famous Blue Grotto and Punta Carena Lighthouse, offering breathtaking sea views and glimpses of untouched nature. Along the way, we will encounter the forts of Orrico, Mesola, and Pino, ancient military posts built by the British in 1806 and later expanded by the French after the conquest of Capri in 1808. Perfectly integrated into the landscape, these bastions tell the story of the island’s strategic role in controlling the Gulf of Naples. The trail alternates flat stretches and short ups and downs, surrounded by the scents of the Mediterranean scrub, cliffs overlooking the sea, and small natural coves. An experience that combines history, nature, and silence, ideal for those who want to discover a more authentic and less touristy side of Capri. There will also be time for a stroll through Capri’s town center and, if time allows, a cable car ride up Monte Solaro (the so-called “cloud catcher”).
Distance: 6 km | Elevation gain: 160 m ascent, 370 m descent
Wednesday, April 15 – Ravello and the Lemon Trail
Departure from our hotel at 8:30 AM by bus to Ravello, the suspended pearl of the Amalfi Coast. We will stroll through the historic center and visit Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone, famous for the extraordinary Terrace of Infinity, one of the most spectacular viewpoints on the Coast. After the visit, we will start the descent toward Minori, a pleasant path through ancient stairways and terraces. Here begins the most authentic part of our day: the Lemon Trail, which leads from Minori to Maiori. We will walk among citrus scents, lemon terraces overlooking the blue sea and coastal villages. An itinerary that combines views, fragrances, and tradition, perfect for those who want to discover the true essence of the Amalfi Coast and enjoy an authentic lemonade right under the lemon groves.

Along the way, we will stop at a local shepherd’s for a delightful tasting of typical products, a genuine moment that lets us savor the authenticity of the area. We will then reach Nocelle, a small village overlooking the sea, from where we will descend to Positano, the charming fishing village perched on the cliff. We will stroll through its characteristic alleys, colorful shops, and picturesque beaches, soaking in the authentic atmosphere of the Coast. From Positano, we will continue by ferry to Amalfi, from where a dedicated bus will return us to the hotel.

Friday, April 17 – Valley of the Ferriere, Torre dello Ziro, and Amalfi
By bus, we will reach Pontone, the starting point of our walk, up to the evocative Torre dello Ziro, with a spectacular view of Amalfi and Atrani. We will then explore the heart of the famous Valle delle Ferriere Reserve, a canyon shaped over centuries by rain and spring waters, with cliffs reaching up to 800 meters high. The valley hosts unique flora: the microclimate of the valley floor creates an ideal habitat for lush, almost tropical vegetation, where the rare giant fern Woodwardia radicans, dating back to the Tertiary period, stands out. At the end of the walk, there will be time to visit Amalfi and its historic sights.
Distance: 8 km | Elevation gain: 380 m
Saturday, April 18 – Vesuvius and Pompeii
Our day begins with a visit to Vesuvius, always accompanied by our dedicated bus, one of the most famous volcanoes in the world. In the morning, we will reach the crater, walk along the trails around the volcano, and admire spectacular views of the Gulf of Naples and the city. Along the path, we can see the still-active fumaroles. In the afternoon, we will move to Pompeii, the ancient Roman city destroyed by the eruption of 79 AD. We will stroll along the paved streets, squares, houses, temples, and public buildings, perfectly preserved, discovering the daily life of the ancient inhabitants through the archaeological remains. A day combining nature, history, and culture, perfect for those who want to experience two iconic symbols of Campania in a single itinerary.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable hike, it is essential to wear sturdy hiking boots that are suitable for the terrain (these can be rented on site), avoiding sneakers, which do not offer the same protection and stability. In addition, you should bring a waterproof poncho to protect yourself from the rain, a windbreaker to protect yourself from the wind, and a bottle of water and snacks to maintain proper hydration and energy levels along the way. To avoid excessive sweating, we recommend choosing layered clothing and technical T-shirts instead of cotton ones, which do not dry easily. Finally, it is important to bring a flashlight for emergencies. With these simple precautions, your hike will be an unforgettable experience!
Our treks are designed for those who want to enjoy nature at a slow pace, without rushing. We walk together and the guide sets the pace for the group to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the excursion. If you like to run, this type of excursion is not for you.
During the excursion, a friendly atmosphere is created in which we help and respect each other. However, it is important to avoid talking too loudly during the excursion, in order to fully appreciate the beauty of the natural environment around us and not to disturb the local wildlife. This way, you can hear the sounds of nature, such as birds singing and the wind rustling through the leaves of the trees. In addition, speaking at an appropriate volume helps to create an atmosphere of tranquility and meditation, which is perfect for relaxing and recharging during the hike. Therefore, please avoid shouting and screaming, which could disturb the natural environment and other participants on the hike. In the mountains, we hike for the pleasure of doing so, taking photos, and socializing, but always with respect for nature and the environment around us.
Trekking requires a minimum amount of training, so if you have never been on a multi-day hike before, it may not be suitable for you. Before setting off, it is important to prepare yourself physically and mentally for the fatigue and challenges of the route. This way, you can fully enjoy the experience without risking ruining your vacation.
Respect for the natural environment is a top priority on our excursions. For this reason, it is strictly forbidden to leave any kind of waste along the route. Nothing should be thrown on the ground, not even cigarette butts, which pollute the water table, or banana and orange peels, which take years to degrade.
Tissues, like any other type of waste, should never be thrown on the ground, as they can cause damage to the ecosystem and the natural habitat of wild animals.
It is important to leave everything as you found it, as if you had never been there. In this way, you preserve the beauty of the landscape and help to keep the natural environment intact for future generations.
The excursion is organized by the guide. The guide reserves the right to cancel or modify the proposed itinerary at his or her discretion, to ensure safety or based on weather conditions, trail conditions, and the participants.
The guide is trained in first aid and BLSD and uses the Radio Rete Montana (RRM) emergency channel, nicknamed ECHO 170.
